The transition to University of Florida and to the United States can seem very daunting. The Voyages Pre-Arrival Orientation program allows students to begin the process smoothly.  During Voyages students will:

– Set-up your GatorLink account: You’ll use your GatorLink username and password to access the Voyages program, as well as other online UF resources, such as your e-mail and student records. Please visit Getting Started for More Information
– Plan your travel arrangements: The Transition to UF module within Voyages will cover information to help you plan how you will arrive in Gainesville. Where should I fly into?  What should I pack?   How do I complete my immigration paperwork?  Where do I check-in once I arrive to Gainesville?  These are all questions that will be answered within this module.
– Find Housing: There are a number of options for finding housing in Gainesville. The Settling in to Gainesville section of Voyages covers both UF’s on-campus housing options and UF’s Office of Off-Campus Life, which has a free housing locator you can use to find housing options off-campus.
